What is Assembly Line Pro?
Assembly Line Pro is a Shopify app built for product manufacturers who assemble finished goods from raw materials. Define a Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product variant — specifying which raw materials are needed and in what quantities — and the app automatically calculates how many finished units you can sell based on current stock levels.
When stock changes or an order is placed, Assembly Line Pro updates your Shopify inventory in real time, reserves the required raw materials, and prevents overselling across all your locations. An optional Google Sheets integration (available on Growth and Pro plans) lets you sync your live inventory data to a spreadsheet for reporting and analysis.
